Scientific evidences on Spinal Nerve Regeneration Dan

Scientific and technical assessment has been performed by professor Xu Shao-ting from the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region as chief chairman, professor Yang Zhun-yun from China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Bone Injuries as vice chairman, and other professionals from China Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Bone Injuries, Hebei Medical College, Shanxi Medical College and Shaanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. All the experts agreed that "Spinal Nerve Regeneration Dan" had good effects on the human body, with no toxicity and side effects, the effective rate of 87.2% and cure rate of 38.7%. And the efficacy of Chinese medicine for traumatic paraplegia and peripheral nerve injury has reached the advanced international level. Besides, acute and chronic toxicity tests, and pharmacological and pharmacodynamic tests have been repeatedly conducted at the animal research center designated by our country. The results reveal that "Spinal Nerve Regeneration Dan" can significantly promote the recovery of motor function, senses of pain and touch, and sensory function following T12&13 spinal nerve injuries in rats. Besides, it can markedly promote the recovery of motor function and senses of touch and pain in rats with sciatic nerve injury.
